The 48 hour fast
How do achieve a comfortable caloric restriction to set up weight loss and muscle growth?
We fast for 48hours. Sunday night at 7pm is the last meal. Tuesday we break the fast with 1lb of steak!!!
On Mondays and Tuesdays we can perform an easy fasted workout by performing 20 minutes of burpees and posting our number to the group!
