WIN / STRUGGLE / WHAT’S NEXT
WIN: I’ve been deep in the work on The Rise & Recode Method, and it’s coming together in a powerful way. It’s going to take time to shape it the way it deserves, but every piece is falling into place. This one is going to be worth the wait. Big momentum. Very exciting. STRUGGLE: I had a five mile trail race his morning and things fell apart around mile three. I didn’t hit the mark on hydration or nutrition yesterday, and I paid for it today. My run training has been lacking too so that probably didn’t help. Anyway, I should have spent more of yesterday thinking about what I would need for today. WHAT’S NEXT: I’m reframing the whole experience as a lesson — a reminder to practice exactly what I teach in AIR. I know better, so I’ll do better next time.
