AIR – Athletes In Recovery exists to help people rebuild their lives through the four pillars of Movement, Mindset, Discipline, and Agency. Recovery grows stronger when you practice the skills that support these pillars: movement before mood, identity shift, honest self-reflection, discipline over dopamine, accountability, self-leadership, and purposeful action. These skills create momentum, renew confidence, and help you take ownership of your life—one intentional day at a time.
AIR is for anyone recovering from addiction, adversity, or illness. We train our bodies, strengthen our minds, and build the daily disciplines that shape who we become. We surround ourselves with people who understand both the struggle and the victory, creating a culture of integrity, encouragement, and faith.
