World Class Trainer Prompt
I cant find the post for some reason but I used the world class trainer prompt into Chat GPT - I was an amateur bodybuilder, have 30 years of experience lifting weights. I just wanted to share am looking to strip off like 8 pounds to be leaner. I had the best workout I have had in a while. I was soaked in sweat and had a great pump. I appreciate the prompt being posted and will update my progress. Cant wait to try others.
