Which Exact Twilio “Role” Grants Subaccounts A2P 10DLC Permissions?
Hey Assistacrats…
After getting SIP Trunking squared away, some of us managing Twilio subaccounts hit the same roadblock:
“Can a subaccount complete its own A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration — and if so, what’s the exact role we need to assign?”
Twilio doesn’t make this obvious. In fact, there’s no default “Administrator” or “Developer” role in subaccounts like you’d expect.
Instead, you need to assign a role that includes specific A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration permissions. But, which one is it?
