What is the max concurrent outbound calls we can make across multiple agents under 1 account?

Currently dripping 5 calls every 3 minutes across multiple AI agents. (5+)

Call registration showing as blank - what does this mean? Does this mean call has not been made?

Im making a ton of calls - and it would be helpful to know the maximum capacity so I can limit the amount as needed.
