Using Open AI API Key, it wasn't recognizing GPT-5 Nano for Chat
Since last August 28th, when Assistable started charging per message, I entered my Open AI API Key, but I've been checking daily and it wasn't recognizing GPT-5 Nano. As you can see, I switched all my agents to that version; instead, it was recognizing GPT-4.1mini. On August 28th, as you can see, Open AI recognized that I was using the older GPT-4o, but the highest charge was for GPT-4.1mini, and none of my assistants had that model. Then yesterday, August 29th, it started recognizing GPT-5 Nano, but it practically didn't charge anything for it, and the charge was higher than on the 28th, and it was all for GPT-4.1mini. Today, August 30th, around 1:00 PM, look what it charged me, and it finally only recognizes GPT-5 Nano. , please, is this just me? Or others, and most importantly for me, this won't happen again? You understand that for all the clients, someone tells them overnight that they have to pay millions of Open AI tokens when they weren't paying for it before. I'm trying to sustain the business, but if this happens again suddenly and without you notifying us, my clients won't want to continue with me and will cancel my service and ask for refunds for unjustified and exaggerated charges that they obviously won't want to pay. I appreciate your prompt response.
I'm also still waiting for the dashboard that shows me the Open AI Token consumption per sub-account. All my clients are asking for it, and I don't know what to say. Please
