Hi everyone,I’d like to share the serious problems I’ve been experiencing daily with my WhatsApp chatbot. Maybe others are facing similar issues – or someone has a solution.Here’s a structured list of the current problems: 🔇 1. No response to customer messagesThe bot often doesn't respond at all when a customer sends a message – no reply, no acknowledgment, nothing.
🔁 2. Inconsistent behaviorSometimes the bot replies, then stops working again – and randomly starts responding later. This unpredictable behavior makes smooth communication impossible.
🌐 3. No support for other languagesEven when it's supposed to reply in another language, the bot ignores the instruction and sticks to German – or doesn’t respond at all.
🗓️ 4. Wrong appointment suggestionsInstead of showing the available time slots I’ve defined, the bot suggests completely unrelated times that I never made available.
🗯️ 5. Responses outside the promptThe bot occasionally says things that were never part of my prompt or configuration – completely off-topic and confusing.
📤 6. Duplicate messagesIt frequently sends the same message twice, which looks unprofessional and confuses customers.
🚫 7. Incorrect availability informationEven when a slot is clearly available in the calendar, the bot says the appointment is unavailable.
🛠️ 8. High manual workload due to bot errorsIn just the last two days, I had to manually schedule at least 3 to 5 appointments because the bot either didn’t respond or gave wrong information to clients.
😫 9. Constant issues – very frustrating!I'm experiencing major ongoing issues with the system. It’s extremely frustrating and exhausting to deal with new bugs every two days.➡️ Sometimes it works, then suddenly it stops again – it’s completely unreliable.➡️ I urgently need support to prevent these issues from recurring. It’s costing me time, energy, and customer trust.
This is a serious problem for me as a service provider, as it damages customer experience and confidence.Has anyone faced similar issues or found effective solutions?
