This is an odd one!

For the past 2 days, my client’s concierge bot has been disconnecting once the user books an appointment.

Use case:

Ex: user is in full convo with bot, back and forth: everything dandy.✅

The user books an appointment- the bot booked and confirmed the appointment: awesome!✅

But then a minute later the user asks a questions and bot is nowhere to be found even after many pings… ❌

I haven’t changed anything on my WF. Was working find up to a few days ago

Any possibilities come to mind?
