Hi everyone, I have two questions about what happens if I cancel my Assistable free trial or subscription:
- Data retention: If I cancel, will I still be able to come back later, pay for a subscription, and keep the progress I made (like workflows/agents) similar to how GoHighLevel keeps data for a grace period?
- Phone numbers: If I purchased a phone number directly inside Assistable for my agent, what happens to that number if I cancel the trial? Do I need to cancel it somewhere so it doesn’t keep charging me, or is it automatically removed?
