Question about Assistable account free trial cancellation
Hi everyone, I have two questions about what happens if I cancel my Assistable free trial or subscription: 1. Data retention: If I cancel, will I still be able to come back later, pay for a subscription, and keep the progress I made (like workflows/agents) similar to how GoHighLevel keeps data for a grace period? 2. Phone numbers: If I purchased a phone number directly inside Assistable for my agent, what happens to that number if I cancel the trial? Do I need to cancel it somewhere so it doesn’t keep charging me, or is it automatically removed? Thanks for any clarity on this!

My shceduling bot is off by one hour
So I have an ai assistant connected to one of my GHL accounts, and it is off by one hour when scheduling meetings. I checked with one of my own conversation ai bots in GHL to see if my calendar was off, but in GHL it does it correctly. They are connected to the same calendar. I already disconnected and reconnected the calendar so I dont know what else to do
What is the best way for training?
Hey, I’m training a voice agent and getting mixed results. I’ve given it a knowledge base, but sometimes it doesn’t seem to pull from it. I also tried using the knowledge lab, but I haven’t noticed much difference. Do you think I should include part of the knowledge base directly in the prompt? What would you recommend for better results? I’ve already gone through the best practices.

What do I get in terms of subaccount in the 97 dollar plan
Hey so Basically, I want to use assistable to GHL and I want to connect a different agent per subaccount. I have one already connected. But I am wondering what does the 1 subaccount mean on GHL. Does it mean I can only have one agent in one of my subaccounts? or does it count my entire GHL account as a subaccount?
How does Rebilling work?
Hey I am looking into using assistable for one of my clients, and I was wondering how rebilling worked? I mean is it available in any plan? How much can I mark up? is the rebilling only for the ussage so applied to the 0.07 per minute in the voice agents, or if you have some info or page that explains it more clearly I would appreciate it.
