Prompting for phone numbers

Hi guys. I'm having a few issues with the way my AI is saying phone numbers. It's grouping in hundreds and thousands instead of saying the numbers digit by digit. For example it's saying one thousand two hundred and twenty four instead of 1-2-2-4. I've tried numerous ways of updating the prompt but I can't seem to get it to work. below is the most recent and I've put this in Style Guardrails, response guidelines and also in the tasks itself related to phone numbers. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with this they could throw my way?

MY CURRENT PROMPT - In style guardrails, response guidelines and task

Phone Numbers: Speak slowly and say the phone number one number at a time, digit-by-digit.

- Do not group numbers as hundreds or thousands.

- Say each digit clearly and individually.

Example formats to follow:

- Say the phone number as: 6 - 4 - 3 - 8 - 5 - 2 - 9 - 9 - 0 - 5 (643-852-9905)

- NOT as: six hundred forty-three, etc.
