Outbound calling compliance
I was talking with a potential client.
They have run ads in the past and have collected hundreds of names over the past months.
They were asking if the Ai can go through each name, outbound call them to re-engage them ask them if they are still interested in their coaching program. If so, send a link for signup.
They have opted in but it was months ago & obviously they did not give consent for an ai to call them (not sure if we need consent for ai to call )
I mainly just want to stay compliant. I just don’t know the clear line of what compliance is.
