MASS RANDOM INBOUND CALLS to OUTBOUND BOTS

Has anyone experienced this issue? We have a client that has received several calls to different numbers from his pool, not just one.

It's actual people that just call but sit there (can hear the breating).

This is ODD because it is being made to the same account but several different numbers.

Can you guys please help?
