ISSUE - VOICE AI cant pickup names and emails correctly

The issue is as following, when i am testing the voice ai, one of its tasks is to gather contact information on the call. It asks for my name, number, email and adres. I tell the ai my name is Tijn Schonwetter, and then the ai says, okay so your name is Stjin Schdfnwettr, like with a lot of mistakes

even when i spell it out, even when i spell it out.
