Has GHL released an AI that can do things in the CRM for you based on what you tell it to do? Example: Send a follow up message to this person in X days, Move this person from X stage to X stage, Add XYXY in the notes for this contact, Etc.
How can I set Sleep mode for SMS to only fire when a manual SMS message is sent and not trigger when an Automation SMS workflow fires? We had to turn off Sleep mode, cause i had it set for 1 hour but even when an Automation SMS would fire it would activate sleep mode, this makes sleep mode pretty useless.
@Anthony Castiglia We have AI for for all messages, for either Customers or Non Customers. We need AI to sleep for X time when an outbound message is sent manually. That is all. Sleep Mode would work, but the AI goes to sleep even for workflow triggers, so its useless for all our clients. AI_OFF tag is not scalable. We have a work around that will know it's ai Typing since "ai_Replying" is added automatically, so when that is not present we have the AI go to sleep since it would be a manual outbound message. But it can break if the person is sending a ton of messages at once.
@Anthony Castiglia Right right that makes sense, so you changed all your Calender appointment notifications and thank you for signing up sms notifications with Chat Follow-up? And if so, do you just say "make sure to say exactly this "Thank you for your appointment set for {{appointment_Startdate}} etc..?
Hey, this year the AI will sometimes say the wrong day and date for an appointment. E.g. Tuesday Feb 4th when it's actually a Wednesday. Has anyone got a permanent fix prompt for the AI for this?
