Invalid Credentials on Log in – How to Fix This?
Hi everyone,
Since the latest platform update, my clients have been unable to log in. They used to log in without any issues, but now they’re getting an "invalid credentials" error even when using the correct login and password.
What We've Tried So Far:
  1. Resetting the password: Didn’t work.
  2. Creating a new account: Didn’t solve the issue.
  3. Adding them manually via the dashboard: This works, but it’s not scalable, as I’d have to manually add every user to their accounts.
It feels like the platform isn’t automatically recognizing the login credentials after the update.
Question:
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a permanent fix or a workaround to resolve this without manually adding every user?
