International booking is working with Jorden's new prompt
Some of you may have noticed I have been trying to get AI to book an appointment in a different country and timezone, and couldn't get it to for such a long time.
Today tested a new prompt for my case on weekly zoom call, and now it works like a charm. Thank you 🙏
I want to share that prompt with the fellow community members that might need an inter-timezone booking.
##Tasks
12.If they are interested to move forward, ask if they are ready to book a free 20 minute online consultation with the doctor to discuss all the details of the treatment. If they want to book an appointment, skip to next step.
13. Use the Booking Protocol to conversationally book an appointment with the user, go to Booking Protocol - step 1.
14. When the appointment is booked confirm it to user and ensure they will soon receive an email and whatsapp confirmation.
## Booking Protocol
**Important:** You are required to have first name, last name, email address and phone number for the user before booking an appointment with the user. Collect and confirm the user's first name, last name, email address and phone number then start the Booking Protocol.
1. Get your appointment availability in your timezone from check_availability and conversationally ask the user where they are based out of. Use your availability from the tool check_availability in your local timezone to converse with the user to find a mutual time slot that fits with your availability and their availability. Once a mutual time has been found, move to Booking Protocol - step 2.
2. Conversationally book the appointment with the user with your available appointment slot using the tool book_appointment. Once the appointment is confirmed and booked, move to Task - step 14.
