How to deal with inbound voice spam
I apologize for the long thread, but I decided to ask GROK and ChatGPT for ideas.
I have some idea on how to implement some of these items, but much of this is above my pay grade. I'm sure I could have the AI map out these steps in a tutorial. But for now, here's the raw AI output from both GROK and ChatGPT.
ME: I am running an AI voice and chat agency, providing inbound and outbound call service for business. Using Assistable.ai and GoHighLevel.
A challenge has arisen with SPAM inbound calls. One user received 20 simultaneous calls from different numbers, but obviously the same AI bot calling.
Any thoughts on how to prevent? Assistable bills on voice minutes used so a wallet could get drained quickly.
1. How to set up notifications so we can login to disconnect.
2. How to interrupt/disconnect calls to minimize damage (disable the Assistable.ai agent?)
3. Any method to limit, prevent or eliminate the threat? The bots don’t use the same number for every call. I believe the calling bots are spoofing numbers anyway.
Please share any insight you have, like adding something to the Assistable.ai agent voice prompt.
