Halaxy or other calendar integration

I have a potential client in the healthcare space and they are using a platform called Halaxy for calendars etc. They want to come on board for appointment management etc but I'm unsure how I can achieve this without GHL. has anyone managed to integrate into another calendar system or have any ideas for me on how I could achieve this? Bookings from the website currently go through to the calendar in Halaxy, 48 hour reminder messages go out via text (this is what we will replace) and the AI needs to be able to reschedule and manage appointments. TIA!
