getting through requests -- openai model reverting

im getting back to everyone as fast as I can along side everything else

also we are reverting our chat openai model to a past version -- since the OpenAI 4o update, the model has been very susceptible to user injection and improper booking / tool calling. So we are going to a past, tested openai model so that we can mitigate those small risks -- we will eventually be putting the main chat on a fine-tuned azure model for reliability in uptime and output.
