Quick question. I’m using AI phone numbers directly from Assistable, and I’m noticing something. When my AI outbound caller contacts a lead, some of those leads call the number back. The issue is that the AI isn’t set up for inbound calls, only outbound. Since the number was purchased directly through Assistable, not Twilio or GHL, I’m trying to figure out how to set it so that when someone calls that Assistable number back, the call gets forwarded to another number. I haven’t been able to find that option anywhere. Does anyone know how to set that up?
