Contact based timezone booking
I saw a post from Jorden back in March saying they have added the ability to book in contact's timezone and to insert it into the prompt using custom fields. I currently have the voice agent prompted utilizing the {{contact.timezone}} custom field and have instructed the Ai to refer to time in the contacts local time; however, it does not seem to pick it up and still just refers to time in the calendar time(PST). Has anyone done this successfully?
