Confirmation Message
Hi, I am using workflow for appointment confirmation but whenever the chat bot books the appointment it sends first confirmation message on its own then get added into workflow and sent another confirmation which seems unprofessional to me. Can someone please help me stop bot sending first confirmation message?
P.S Already added into prompt to not send any communication after booking. Screenshot attached.
