I had selected the option to detect voicemail and end the call, but my calls are still going to voicemail and the system continues to charge me. Most replies are coming from a workflow. However the ai remains silent as we have the silent feature on as we dont want interruptions when our human agent take over. How can I have the ai agent reply to work flows but still remain silent when a user interacts with the lead.

Today I noticed my the voice AI had a different voice. And the number connected to the assistant was disconnected… any clue?
