Can't get A2P verified for some reason always getting rejected

Hi... I'm haivng issues getting my non-incorporated business A2P verified. I'm in Canada and do have what we call a Business Number (which in the Highlevel trust centre is a useable number to verify your business) and following all best practices but I always get rejected. been trying for a month. last rejection was on the domain for my website. Nothing works. Can someone help? Also, since Im not A2P verified but ready to launch ads in the USA, I can't sms leads. So I changed the workflows to whatsapp. My form I ask for WhatsApp # instead of regular cell number. I don't use whatsapp really so not sure how it works but I did get a business account in HL. Look at my form, are these the best settings, can and should we validate a whatsapp number on the form? i get this might be out of the scope of this group but you guys are smart AF! Thought Id ask. I hate the highlevel FB group LOL.
