Call Logs
Hi Team, HAPPY NEW YEAR to you, and if you were celebrating, hope you all had an amazing festive season!
I am bit trumped as trying to train the AI responses and have read a lot about Logs in the Inbox.
Am trying to find these for calls that have taken place, and have gone to the inbox, but can only see logs for the SMS's that have been sent out.
What am I doing wrong? and Where should I be looking?
