Hey everyone - quick question: what is the best practice for OUTBOUND to a couple hundred people a day?
We have a clients that want to do mass outbound calls to update their records - so literally 1000s of people to call.
I have tried a few different paths, but the automation ends up failing usually after 50 calls, then the team manually adds another 50, repeat, repeat.
We use 10 different numbers with the Call Pool with one agent right now.
