assistant saying wrong calendar times

MY assistant suggested a way earlier slot than whats avaialble for my lead today.

my timezone in my account is gmt +3 and my leads are in gmt+11. the assistant is using the contact´s timezone when suggesting time right? or is this a setting somewhere?

or should i add something in my prompt to ask timezone first or something?

one more question also, the background sound is not working when my ai assistant call even though I have it enabled, when I listen to the calls in GHL there is zero background sound. is it a glitch?
