MY assistant suggested a way earlier slot than whats avaialble for my lead today. my timezone in my account is gmt +3 and my leads are in gmt+11. the assistant is using the contact´s timezone when suggesting time right? or is this a setting somewhere? or should i add something in my prompt to ask timezone first or something? @Jorden Williams do you have any idea? one more question also, the background sound is not working when my ai assistant call even though I have it enabled, when I listen to the calls in GHL there is zero background sound. is it a glitch?

I´ve set my ai caller to have like 80% background noise of a call center, but when i listen to the recordings in GHL i can´t hear any background noise. is this a glitch @Jorden Williams ?

what should this be to make it as normal as possbile? i have it set to max now and it cuts of the ai whne the client just sayy "mhmm" and stuff like that, it get´s interrupted all the time and it gets weird. @Jorden Williams can you recommend a value for this to work normally?

has anyone successfully imported custom voices into assistable from elevenlabs? you can do this in retell by just copy/pasting the voice ID from elevenlabs and its RLY good. i work in australia and the 3 aussie voices in assistable is too generic, there are a ton in elevenlabs that i can get super smooth but can´t seem to find a way to use them in assistable :/
