Assistable AI Retrieving Availability from API?

I'm working on an AI system that needs to access and book appointments based on availability from another CRM type software, more specifically a EHR, DrChrono. The goal is for the AI to check available time slots in DrChrono and use that information to schedule appointments.

Can anyone guide me on how to pull availability data from DrChrono into an AI system? Is this even possible with assistable?
