Rubbish:)
I’ve identified several town centre office buildings with strong potential for residential conversion. However, a recurring issue is the lack of suitable space for bin storage, as most of these buildings have no external land beyond the building footprint.
Has anyone encountered and resolved this challenge—perhaps through a solution such as off-site or communal refuse storage and collection? I'd be very interested to hear about any approved workarounds or planning precedents. Thanks
