Pre planning valuation
Good morning all,
Im looking for some help confirming that Im completing my appraisal correctly befor offering on a site.
I have the site on an exclusively agreement and need to get a final offer to the vendor asap so I can get the site agreed on an option.
Any and all advise will be greatly appreciated.
