Hope you’re all having a great week so far?
We are at day 3 of the Commercial Conversion bootcamp, we’re exhausted but it’s been amazing. More school days! Learning so much. 🏫
We hope to get moving on the Oxford House soon, not heard anything from the agent since accepting the offer but won’t push as longer it takes the longer the money stays with us!! 💰
Having a. Commercial deal analysed this week so fingers crossed we’ve done the figures right!! 🤭🫣
