Investor Call
My first detailed call with an overseas investor after following the course to its core. Didn't follow the full LAPS model as I haven't created a Lead Magnet but the investor connected via LinkedIn who has been following my posts.
Module 5 part of the course has really helped me extract information from this Investor who is based in UAE, looking to invest in his first BTL and eventually grow by snowballing following refinance model. Looking for a full hands off Investment and wants me to source, PM refurb and let.(No pressure :)
Priorities - Capital Appreciation, realistic Yield and long term tenants.
Budget-£200k
His Why? Wealth generation, Financial freedom , ability to work from any location.
