Stop Chasing the Perfect Deal, Build a System That Finds Them.
One of the biggest reasons deal sourcer struggle isn't a lack of opportunities, it's a lack of a consistent deal-finding system. The best deals comes from daily action, strong relationships, and having a capital; generator system in in the background. Three habits that have made a difference for me: . Treat lead generation as a daily habit. . Build genuine relationships with agents, buyers, and other property professionals. . Setup a proven side-gig that generates cash-flow, the more you're in the game, the more you learn and the more opportunities you create. One thing that has helped me the most is a system I had never tried before. Despite people criticizing it, I decided to keep an open mind because I don't believe in impossibilities. Today, that same system has been working for me and has made running my property business much easier. In property, consistency and the right system will always outperform luck. I'd love to hear from you: What's been the most effective way you've found deals so far, and is there a strategy you've been hesitant to try?

@Khadine Howell I completely understand that! Cash flow can definitely make things harder in the early stages. That’s why I focus on building systems and creating additional income streams over time to support the journey I actually spoke with John Howell yesterday and thought you were together That said, what’s your current plan for improving cash flow while you build your property goals?

Say Yes More Than You Say No
One of the biggest shifts I've made over the years is learning to say yes more often. Most of us grow up hearing "no." No, you can't do that. No, that's not a good idea. No, that's too risky. After years of hearing it, we start saying no to ourselves before anyone else even has the chance. But here's what I've found... The people who create the biggest results in life are usually the ones willing to say yes to opportunities, even when they feel uncomfortable. Growth rarely feels comfortable. Not every opportunity will work out exactly as planned, and that's okay. Instead of asking yourself, "What if it goes wrong?" try asking: What's the best that could happen? Could it lead to your first deal? Could it help you build new relationships? Could it move you one step closer to the life you're working towards? Most of the time, the worst-case scenario isn't nearly as bad as we imagine. But the best-case scenario could completely change your future. Watch this short video and let me know in the comments... Hi all, I’ve booked my course now for 14th-16th July, I’m really excited to get going. I’ll be coming down from Peterborough on the first morning, is anyone else going on those dates?? @Eleanor Chidongo I can relate to this because I was once in this shoe before I finally met a mentor who guided me o the right part which has been allowing me to close deals of my choice with ease.
