Commercial to Resi: Does a building have to be empty for 3 months prior to submitting Permitted Development application?
If buying a building currently being used as an office, do I have to wait until its been empty for 3 months before submitting the PD application? Any advice which could enable the PD application to be submitted before it's empty during the purchase process?
