Hey I've just added the new video to the Movement Snacks - It's an old video! As you'll see filmed at Aspen many moons ago.
It is the sequence we did in this mornings Upward Spiral Class. A short 10 min practice that will bring awareness to all our joints and how we hold ourselves.
There is no audio, it's just a follow along sequence for you to learn and use.
