Restore - Feet
It went a little longer than intended but I was thoroughly enjoying this for myself.
You will need something to massage your feet on for the first 7 minutes. I used some wooden dowel, you could use a broomstick handle, golf ball, massage ball, gymnastic ring... anything firm and round. Other than that, no equipment required.
This movement snack is aimed at restoring function to the feet and improving your balance.
