Next week, Wednesday 11th Dec 6:30pm AWST - Full Body Unwind
Think deep breathes, slow fluid movements, releasing tension and calming the mind.
Monday 16th Dec 4pm AWST - Squat, Crawl and Balance
This one will feel like a workout with a good dose of handwork amongst very accessible and important movements.
Saturday 21st Dec 8am AWST - Spinal Flow and Partner Work
This is a special class, it'll be the first time we approach partner work in an online setting. It's a pivotal part of our coaching when we work in person with people and we want to attempt brining this to life, here on Skool. So it's crucial that you turn up to this one with a friend, in the flesh. We will guide you through partner work that brings out so many great qualities, like attention, intention, communication, softening, leading, following, balancing, decision making and so much more.
