We use both far more than we realize, yet they’re rarely appreciated or truly taken care of.Our hands help us create, express, and connect.Our feet carry our body, support our posture, and move us through life every single day. Today’s challenge is simple, but powerful:Give 5 minutes to your hands and 5 minutes to your feet. Move finger by finger, toe by toe — in all directions possible.Fold, stretch, rotate, and explore each movement slowly and with intention.
