We have an incredible amount of muscles in our body. The bigger ones — like legs, chest, and back — we use daily. Because of that, we’re more aware of them, stronger in them, and better at controlling them 🦵🏾 But what about the small muscles?👂🏽👃🏽👅 Do you think they’re there just for decoration? The human body is built in perfect imperfection.✨ Everything we possess has a function. Every single muscle has a role — whether we are aware of it or not.🤔 In this video, we’re working on muscle control and the connection to the cerebrum — strengthening the mind-to-muscle link. 🔗 Twitching and intentionally moving small, isolated muscles — without letting the rest of the body assist — is an incredible way to build awareness, control, and deeper synergy within yourself.🔥 When you isolate a muscle fully, you’re not just training the body — you’re training your nervous system. You’re sharpening focus.
