Hey friends! Sorry for the slow start to our community. Iโ€™ve had a lot going on in my life: big life changes, and mental health issues because of those changes. I do want to get going on here, I just have to take it at my own pace since itโ€™s new and Iโ€™m still trying to bounce back into a new norm. I wish I could say it is always smooth sailing, but anxiety doesnโ€™t always follow our timelines. It often feels like two steps forward, one step back. Please feel free to invite friends to join, just let them know Iโ€™m still getting my bearings, in more ways than one, so they can post and interact as much as theyโ€™d like (following the rules, of course). The anxiety spiral
I often get this awful feeling with crippling anxiety, it comes on fast & hits hard. But with time & patience I'mlearning to stop the downwards spiral before it gets too bad!!!
