COMMUNITY GUIDELINES — PLEASE READ
This community was built on a foundation of truth, respect and a commitment to learning. To keep it a safe and meaningful space for everyone, we ask all members to follow these guidelines. 1. Be Respectful Treat every member with dignity and kindness. We come from different backgrounds, cultures and levels of knowledge. Disagreement is welcome — disrespect is not. 2. Stay on Topic Keep discussions relevant to antisemitism, the Holocaust, human rights and related issues. This is a learning community with a clear mission — let's honour that. 3. No Hate Speech Antisemitism, racism, discrimination or any form of hate speech will not be tolerated in any form — including in comments, posts or direct messages. Violations will result in immediate removal from the community. 4. No Holocaust Denial Denying, minimising or distorting the Holocaust is not permitted. This is non-negotiable. 5. Engage With Humility This is difficult and emotional history. Come with an open mind and a willingness to learn. Personal reactions and emotions are welcome — hostility is not. 6. Protect Privacy Do not share personal information about other members without their consent. 7. No Spam or Self-Promotion Do not post promotional content, links to external products or services, or repetitive messages. 8. Give Credit If you share content from external sources, credit the original author or source. 9. Report Issues If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it to the admin rather than engaging with it directly. 10. Remember Why We Are Here We are here to learn, to remember, and to act. Every interaction in this community is an opportunity to model the upstander behaviour we are learning about. Violations of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary suspension or permanent removal from the community at the admin's discretion. Thank you for being part of this community.

Free Resource: The Resilience Blueprint
The Resilience Blueprint: A Guide for Jewish Parents Raising Confident, Resilient Children in the Face of Antisemitism Jewish parents today are facing challenges that many hoped belonged to the past. Children are encountering antisemitism at school, online, in sport, and sometimes even in places where they should feel safest. How do we protect them without frightening them? How do we build confidence instead of anxiety? How do we help them develop a strong Jewish identity in a world that can sometimes feel hostile? The Resilience Blueprint provides practical, compassionate, and evidence-informed guidance for parents navigating these difficult questions. Written by Barbara Miller, B.A. (Hons Psychology), Grad Dip Sociology, the guide combines insights from psychology, sociology, Holocaust education, and contemporary experience to help families respond constructively to antisemitism while strengthening resilience, identity, and wellbeing. Inside you'll discover: - How to talk to children about antisemitism at different ages - Ways to build Jewish pride without creating fear - What to do when a child is targeted or excluded - How to work effectively with schools - Strategies for handling online harassment - Practical ways to build confidence and resilience - When to seek additional support - The Four Pillars of Jewish Resilience: Community, Family, Faith & Culture, and Heritage & Contribution Most importantly, this guide offers hope. It reminds parents and children alike that while antisemitism is real, it does not define who they are. Jewish identity is bigger than prejudice. Jewish history is richer than hatred. And resilience can be learned, strengthened, and passed on to the next generation. If you're looking for practical tools, encouragement, and a positive path forward for your family, this guide is for you.
