I need your help
Quick question for you guys...
I'm building something behind the scenes for the 30-Day Protocol.
When you’re doing the sessions (especially in the first few days), what actually goes through your head?
I mean literally:
– what feels confusing?
– what feels unclear?
– what you’re unsure about?
– moments where you think “am I doing this right?”
For example, it could be something like:
  • “I don’t really feel anything”
  • “I feel it in the wrong place”
  • “this feels too easy”
  • “I’m not sure what I’m supposed to notice”
But don’t limit yourself to those - I want your real experience.
The more specific the better (even if it sounds simple or obvious).
