Rank A Product Not Answering

Hey Champs, I have reached out to rankaproduct (info@growwithexo.com) and filled out the form and heard nothing back and my campaign was supposed to start today. Is anyone else having issues with getting responses? Hoping to hear back from them asap so the campaign can start before end of day.
