One of the biggest battles you lads face when dieting is hunger. And that’s normal — especially at the start. Below is Step 1 of Performance Food from the Alpha Initiation Course. If you follow your meal structure properly, over time your hunger cues will only show up right before your planned meals. But in the beginning? You’ll feel hungry all day. Your job? Don’t give in. Ride it out. Your body will adjust. If you haven’t gone through the Performance Food module, I highly recommend watching those videos ASAP. It’ll make this whole process far easier. Dieting doesn’t need to be torture — but most lads make it harder on themselves by creating restrictions that aren’t necessary. Stick to the structure. Trust the process. Giddy up. 💪

Solid Travel Advice for the Lads ✈️🥪
When you’re booking a hotel for a city break or weekend away, always include the breakfast — here’s why: It’s tough to stay in control of your food while you’re away, so starting your day with a hearty breakfast sets you up right. You’ll be full, fueled, and ready to go. Bonus tip: grab a couple of sandwiches while you’re there to bring with you as you’re touring around. It keeps you on track and saves you a shit ton of money. 💰 Then later that evening, go enjoy your fancy dinner — you’ve already been smart about the rest of your day. Be efficient. Stay in control. Still enjoy yourself. Giddy up. 💪

Latest Alpha Recipe – The Tuna Pocket 🐟🔥
Don’t let the size fool you—this bad boy is hearty. The Alpha Tuna Pocket is a proper meal, and it can easily creep over 600+ calories, depending on what you put in it. The recipe is super simple, and chances are you’ve already got the ingredients in your cupboard. ⚠️ Just be aware of what bumps up the calories: - Tuna in oil - Cheese (go easy on the heavy stuff) - Mayonnaise – yeah, it’s delicious… but it’s a calorie bomb.
