Lads, it’s no secret that as Irish men we’re partial to the odd pint. And listen, there’s nothing wrong with that. But there is a consequence that comes with drinking alcohol, especially when it comes to sleep. In this video, I explain exactly what happens in the body when you drink and why alcohol can have such a big impact on your ability to get a proper night’s sleep.
