Congrats ladies on committing to the 10 day challenge. If you missed a few days or are still taking things at your own pace- HUGE congrats to you too. A big step in consistency is flexibility-that's the only way we can remain in control.
Now, I'm going to ask you to step outside of your comfort zone again in order to grow.

(This is something so valuable I learned from and @Marta Kagan in their Self Pleasure community.) We can't be lean on the outside if our insides are still heavy meaning, we strengthen our mind + spirit and then the body automatically follows.
Behavior change neuroscience: We are going to break the habit of negative self talk starting today because we want progress rather than the hamster wheel.
