Congrats on enrolling in the 10 day free Leaner and Stronger for Life Challenge!
A few quick things for you. The challenge begins on Monday January 19th. Mark your calendar!
We’ll plan to kick off with a live call on Saturday January 17 at 8am HST/11am PT to help you get the most out of the challenge.
Since we’re going to be spending time together over the 10 days, go here to introduce yourself to your teammates. Its a copy and paste template that takes one minute to answer: To get the most out of the challenge I recommend a set of dumbbells anywhere from 5lbs to 20 lbs and a resistance band (the longer one). You can find them at Walmart (see resistance band image), Ross, Target, TJ Maxx; or, if you want to invest in a large roll that you can cut to size and use many times for up to a couple years, I like these: Theraband 25 yard roll. If you don't have any equipment, let me know and I can suggest modifications. Ask your questions here. Any and all are welcome!
